Inspired by a good old Singapore Sling, we toned down the sweetness for a cleaner crisper flavour. The kick here comes from our delicious sloe gin & cherry brandy we made, and once its gone, it's gone! ⁠

The sloe gin made with @sipsmith was started in 2021 and has been resting for nearly 2 years, made with some incredible local sloe berries from Kent. ⁠

We combined that with some cherry brandy made with @remymartin that has been resting since Jan 2022 with some organic cherries.⁠
